This is a photo from September 2007's Deep Ellum Sellum.
Deep Ellum Sellum is [or,
was] an monthly open air market. I've looked everywhere to find some updated information on the event and have found nothing! Maybe it is replaced by Malcolm's Swap? If you find any information, please let me know!
ALSO - Don't forget Malcolm's Swap this Sunday, April 20th!!!
I hope everyone had a great day. I'm pretty sure I'm coming down with a fever. Great! Just in time for vacation! [sarcasm]

i love open air market and love the angle of the photo with some clothes as the foreground.
There is a monthly open air Market in Mac-town this weekend. It is great fun and you can buy nearly anything there from goats and rabbits to cars and tractors.
I am happy to stand by while you work the bugs out of the calendar thing! Let me know when you have got the thing down to a science. Meanwhile I am trying to squeeze the problems out of my blogging site. A project for the weekend perhaps.
My son gives private lessons and teaches at the local church on tuesday and thursdays. If you want to see him play go over to youtube and search for "jon starcevich incredible guitar solo". Just remember he is in high school, and I think he has been inhabited by the spirit of Jimi Hendricks!
Just found you via Dan!!! I absolutely love the Deep Ellum area. Glad to have found your site!
He has been at it for about 4 years. His older brother took about 6 weeks of lessons, taught him then he just took off with it. They both play but Jon is definately the most passionate.
Thanks for your kind comments. Also, glad to see Kim found you. We have quite a growing group of metroplex daily photo bloggers.
I do miss an open air market. This feels like my kind of place to go rooting around in.
Greetings from Juneau, Alaska!
I've never been to an open air market. Sounds like a fun place to explore.
By the way, welcome to the daily photo community. You're doing a great job of sharing Dallas with us. I look forward to seeing more of you photos.
Get well soon!:)
